• There should be no threshold (door sill) for the main door of the shop, as it obstructs the entrance of positive energy.

 प्रायः व्यक्ति की इच्छा रहती है। कुछ भाग्यवानो को यह सुख कम आयु में ही प्राप्त हो जाता है। तो कुछेक लोग पूरी जिंदगी किरायेदार होकर ही व्यतीत कर देते है। पूर्व जन्म के शुभाशुभ कर्मो के अनुसार ही भवन सुख की प्राप्ति होती है। भवन सुख हेतु कुण्डली मे चतुर्थ भाव व चतुर्थेश का महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है। जातक तत्व के अनुसार ’ गृह ग्राम चतुष्टपद मित्र अर्थात भवन सुख हेतु

1.  MACHINERY   INDUSTRY

1. The main entrance of the MachineFactory should be situated towards North, North-East and West North side oper to NE side  to gain excellent profits.
2. Lathe machine and boiler must be installed in the South-East corner or in the South.
3. The finished products should be taken out of factory through the door at the North-West direction. This will ensure quicker disposal of finished products and greater profits for the Company.
4. Temper Machine(Fire Equipment) Should be must in South East Area
5. Machine  Factory should have doors on two sides. 
6. Heavy machinery should be placed in the Southwest, West & South zones.
7. The Storeroom of the Factory should be in the South or West direction. The Storeroom may extend from South towards the West. 
8. Guard Room should be placed near gates in such an advantageous position so that the guards can see approaching persons, Avoid  Guard Room South West Direction.
9. The  number of columns or the beams should be even of Machine factory.
10. Weigh bridge or weighing machines may be placed in NorthWest or CentralEast.
11. Heavy raw materials stores may be placed in SouthWest, South or West.
12. Semi processed materials can be stocked in South or West sides.This will provide great assistance for continuous flow of goods in and out of the Factory.
13. Iron sheet, rods, balls, fresh and junk Should be south west area.
14. Toilet, urinal Should be west north or south side .
15. Saptik Tank should be built in between North North West and East East South.
16. Basement should be constructed in the East, North or Northeast corner of the  Machinery Factory building.
17. Parking Cycles, scooter, cars, light commercial vehicles can be parked in NorthWest, North or East side of buildings. NorthEast should always be free from any parking of vehicles.
18. Store and the manufacturing division must be in the West.
19. The beam should never run above  the workers.
20. Canteen must be situated in the S.S/E OR West 
21. There should be no pillar at the center of the Industry.
22. Welding facility must be situated in the South-East corner or in the South S/East Corner.
23. There should be an underground water tank in the North-East corner. 
24. Rain Horvasting or sockpit should be North Area ,Avoid S/w,S/E,West
25. Stairs if required must be given in the South Side or West Side . Never Built in North East Side or South West Side of macheen industry
26. The South and West area of the compound should never be kept empty or vacant.
27. Energy meters, furnaces, transformers, generators, boilers etc. and other equipment involving heat-energy should always be kept in the South-East direction. This is very essential for smooth operation of the Factory.
28. The Storeroom of the Factory should be in the South or West direction. The Storeroom may extend from South towards the West. This will provide great assistance for continuous flow of goods in and out of the Factory.
